Special Times

I have been sharing my life with this man for the last 17 years. Time flies, huh?

Hot For Yoga

My Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday routines usually include walking up to Hot Yoga & back.
The walk is about 2.5 km in each direction with a 90 minute Bikram Yoga class in between.
I love that I get to see beautiful gardens & trees along the way.

I’m also pretty much stretched out & feel relaxed afterwards!

It’s all keeping further middle aged spread at bay. 😁

Cockburn ARC

My Monday, Thursday & Saturday morning routine is water walking and resistance exercises at the Cockburn ARC. Sometimes, I even swim. 🤣

It’s a great way to start the day, but it’s not as easy as it sounds. I’m wrecked afterwards!

P.S. I must point out that I am walking IN not ON water. 😉

Me Too!

There’s no show without Punch!

Lucy has sore ears. Each morning & evening, I clean them out and put in drops. Harry has watched the procedure every time.

Yesterday, he started shaking his head while Lucy was getting her drops, as if to say “Me, too!”, so I cleaned his ears, too.

This morning, he simply waited beside Lucy for his turn to get ears cleaned.

Hillarious!

Gosnells

After my macknit session, this morning, a couple of girls invited me to go with them to visit a habby shop & have a spot of lunch, close by (read: abt 10 km away). Was I introduced to a treasure trove, or what?

The building is an old railway station. The carpark is dotted with gorgeous Wattle in full bloom.
